These Terms govern use of the CHIMJA website and, where a product does not provide separate product-specific terms, use of that CHIMJA service. Product-specific terms will take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.
Using CHIMJA services
You must use CHIMJA services lawfully and in accordance with any product-specific instructions. You may not misuse, disrupt, interfere with security, or use a service to violate the rights of others.

Intellectual property
CHIMJA and its licensors retain rights in CHIMJA services, branding, software, content, and technology except where expressly stated otherwise. These Terms do not grant ownership of CHIMJA intellectual property.

A CHIMJA product may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features or services as products evolve, subject to applicable obligations.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and CHIMJA’s liability is limited as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
